We can service just about any heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system you can think of, and get it to top performance. This includes thermostats, media filters, and indoor air quality products. We are licensed to perform HVAC work in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina.
Preventative Maintenance Plan
Regular maintenance of your HVAC system is the best way to prevent undesired malfunctioning and costly repairs. Sherman provides preventative maintenance plans so that you’ll never lose your heating or air. We can provide you with 1-2 services per year which include:
- Change or clean filters
- Check refrigerant and charge if necessary
- Clear refrigerant lines
- Check thermostat and charge
- Lubricate moving parts
