$22 – $33 per hour depending on experience + additional incentives.

 Full time Monday to Friday and participate in an on-call rotation for emergency calls on  weekends, evenings, and holidays.

We are looking for technicians who specialize in service and repair as well as preventive maintenance. The HVAC Service Technician must have the experience, skill, and physical ability to complete HVAC repairs at homes and businesses with efficiency. The Service Technician must be in the on-call rotation. The HVAC Service Technician must achieve dependable results with minimum callbacks and problems. They may also be required to perform more technical repairs or additional tasks when needed and will be required to call the manufacturer’s technical service departments, research, and order parts as required to complete assignments.


Other Requirements

All employees must pass a drug screen and criminal background check. Must have  a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Each employee is required to have adequate tools  to complete all daily duties as a tradesperson other than those tools provided by Sherman Corporation.

Job Description

The plumbing service technician must have the experience, skill, and physical ability to  complete plumbing repairs at homes and businesses with efficiency. The plumber must have good  customer service skills to communicate with customers. The plumber must diagnose the problem, give  the customer an estimate for the repair, get approval, complete the work, and collect payment. The  plumber must order and pick up supplies as needed, keep the company vehicle clean, dress  professionally, work and drive safely, use software on iPad, and maintain quality standards as  predetermined by management.

Our service department is in Lewes DE. Much of our work is near the Delaware Beaches and  surrounding areas, but we do Plumbing Service work from Smyrna to Salisbury, and west to slightly  beyond the Maryland state line.
