I called to tell them what was going on with my a.c, instead of coming out and charging a service fee, which they could have and I am sure any other company would have. They discussed the issue over the phone, really listened, told me how I would know if it's over heating and told me what it could be and what my next step might be. You can tell they really care about there customers and aren't jut trying to make money off of everybody.

Recently had hot water heater and HVAC system replaced by Sherman. I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience, particularly the technician who happily answered my many questions and explained everything to me in detail. The salesperson was so helpful in navigating a number of early logistical issues. I have counted on this company for many years because they are the best.
